Somaliland should help our allied clans outside the Nation

The allied clans outside the country are as follows. They have all sacrificed a lot for Somaliland and must be repaid by us properly.

Maha Dir (Bimaal, Surre, Badimaal, Dabrube)

1. The Hararghe People's Liberation Front, SSNM and RRA must be armed and funded by the Somaliland Government

2. These clans must be given automatic citizenship

3. The Southern Dir must be sent arms and funding to defend themselves from being massacred on their own lands

4. The Reewing will be supported to form Maayland with the Bimaal, the capital in Baraawe with a Rotating Precidency of RX president and Bimaal vice president which switches every 10 years

5. The Hararghe Dirs and Sheekhaal will be supported to agitate for a Hararghe state with Harar as it's capital
