1. Set up the Jamahiriya system of People Power in Somaliland

2. Change the flag to the Morning Star Flag

3. Make a Rapid State Forces organisation

4. Build Houses for every resident of Somaliland

5. Build Dams on the Togdheer river to provide water for the surrounding area

6. Extend National Service to encompass volunteer actions

7. Organise the Youth into Halgan fronts to empower them

8. Set up the Halgan Land Fund to buy land in focus regions and farm them collectively

9. Resurrect the perennial rivers in Somaliland

10. To encourage workers' Self management in all sectors
